Funktioniert am besten mit hochwertigem Matcha. Günstiger Matcha schäumt oft weniger gut.
Pflegehinweis:
Nach dem Gebrauch mit warmem Wasser abspülen und mit den Zinken nach unten trocknen lassen, damit die Form erhalten bleibt.

Chasen care
Before preparation
Soak in warm water for 30 seconds before each use.
After preparation
Rinse with warm water only. Do not use detergent. Shake off the water and leave to dry on a chasen holder (kusenaoshi).

Effortlessly swap attachments.
Cleaning the attachments is a piece of cake. Did the attachment get a little dirtier than expected? Simply remove it.

1-2 scoops of Matcha
With your included precision scooper, you'll always get one perfect gram of Matcha per scoop.

Add water and froth
Add 20 ml of hot water (max. 80 °C) per scoop of matcha.
Use our electric frother or bamboo whisk to stir until a fine froth appears.

Add Milk
Regular milk or plant-based alternatives all work well.
We prefer oat milk.

Shading and harvesting
A few weeks before harvest, our tea plants are shaded to promote chlorophyll and amino acids. In spring, only the youngest, most tender leaves of the first harvest are picked by hand.
Steaming & drying
Immediately after harvesting, the leaves are steamed to prevent oxidation and preserve the bright color and nutrient content. The leaves are then dried and sorted to remove stalks, leaving only the pure “tencha”.


Stone milling
The dried tencha leaves are ground into a fine powder using traditional stone mills, which ensures that our matcha is particularly fine and smooth.
