Classic Matcha Latte
Start your perfect morning with Matcha
1. One scoop of Matcha
With our spoon, one scoop is equivalent to one gram of matcha (30 mg caffeine), but if you prefer it stronger, simply add another scoop.
2. Add hot (not boiling) water and froth
Add around 60 ml of hot (not boiling) water and mix with a frother until the mixture is free of clumps. Boiling hot water destroys the delicate taste of the matcha.
3. Add 200 ml of your favourite milk
Regular milk or plant-based milk all work well. We prefer oat and coconut milk.
Froth it to your taste! We recommend a light foam layer.
4. Enjoy your new daily energy boost!
