Herkunft

Erste Frühjahrsernte von unseren Partnerfamilien in Uji. Vier Wochen beschattet und auf Granit-Steinmühlen gemahlen.

First spring harvest from our partner families in Uji. Shaded for four weeks and stone-ground on granite mills.

Zubereitung

2g auf 40ml Wasser, max. 80°C, zu dichtem Microfoam aufschlagen. Für den Latte 80 bis 120ml Hafermilch.

2g to 40ml of water, max 80°C, whisked into a dense microfoam. For a latte, 80 to 120ml of oat milk.

Lagerung

MHD 1 Jahr ab Versiegelung, auf jeder Dose aufgedruckt. Trocken und lichtgeschützt lagern.

Best-before 1 year from sealing, printed on every tin. Store dry and away from light.
