Der Matcha stammt aus der ersten Frühjahrsernte in Uji. Vier Wochen beschattet, auf Granit-Steinmühlen gemahlen.
The matcha comes from the first spring harvest in Uji. Shaded for four weeks, stone-ground on granite mills.
Deine erste Schale: 2g Matcha, 40ml Wasser, max. 80°C, in der Schale zu dichtem Microfoam aufschlagen. Besen vorher kurz anfeuchten. Für den Latte mit Hafermilch auffüllen.
Your first bowl: 2g of matcha, 40ml of water, max 80°C, whisked into a dense microfoam right in the bowl. Moisten the whisk briefly first. Top up with oat milk for a latte.
Beutel wieder verschliessen, luftdicht und lichtgeschützt. Geöffnet innert 3 Monaten geniessen.
Reseal the pouch, airtight and away from light. Enjoy within 3 months of opening.
